Bayesian statistics, machine learning & complex data.
I am a Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Cyprus. I currently hold a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Fellowship, funded by Horizon Europe.
My research lies at the intersection of Bayesian statistics and machine learning, with a focus on probabilistic modelling and inference for complex, structured and evolving data.
I completed my DPhil in Statistics at the University of Oxford, and subsequently held postdoctoral research positions at Imperial College London and the University of Oxford. During my doctoral studies, I was a visiting researcher at the Courant Institute, New York University and the Alan Turing Institute, London, UK.
Currently I serve as an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society: Series C.
